SDC Consulting was established in Denmark with the ambition of making it easier for European companies to work successfully with Chinese businesses.
Today, our clients span several European and Asian markets, and our team combines extensive experience from Denmark, China and Taiwan.
Our expertise covers purchasing, sourcing, sales, quality assurance, supplier management and international business.
Our China team works directly with manufacturers and suppliers, supporting everything from sourcing and samples to inspections, quality control and shipping.

Sarah Jeng
Founder & Director
Sarah brings more than 20 years of purchasing and business experience from Taiwan, China, Denmark and Sweden.
Fluent in Chinese, English and Danish, Sarah has extensive experience in purchasing, negotiation, supplier relationships and supply chain management.
She is the driving force behind SDC Consulting and understands both the European and Chinese sides of international business.
Dan Heegaard Hansen
Co-Founder
Dan has more than 18 years of experience working with companies in Taiwan and China, including roles in sales management, quality assurance and customer support.
Today, his focus is on purchasing, sourcing and supplier development.
Dan travels regularly to China to identify new products, meet suppliers and inspect manufacturing facilities.
He speaks Danish, English and Chinese.
Our China Team
Our China-based team provides local support for sourcing, supplier communication, inspections, samples, technical coordination and shipping.
Having people on the ground means we can respond quickly and deal directly with suppliers when required.
