We offer numerous services, and don’t let the list below limit you. If there is something you need assistance with – big or small – then drop us a line. We are here to serve – simple and efficient.
Sourcing
We normally do our sourcing within our large catalogue of trusted suppliers. If they don’t have what we are after, or prices or delivery terms are not favorable, then we re-source.
Before starting off with a new supplier, we do a thorough background check which includes financial check and company audit.
Samples & Ordering
We strongly suggest that all customers ask for samples before ordering – to test functionality. Then before production starts, a golden sample is also recommended. The golden sample is what your end-customer should receive.
Inspections
Before each shipment, we recommend our customers to do a 3rd party inspection. We arrange the inspection team to check the goods before shipment. After the inspection, the customer will receive an inspection report, and decide to ship/rework based on that.
Artwork
We are working with a team of great photographers and designers in China, and they can assist with photos, and making great looking color boxes and other artwork – should you have the need. And at a fraction of the cost in Europe.
Shipments
Most of our customer use their own forwarders such as DSV, Maersk, Leman etc. If you do not have your own forwarder, then we can assist with shipments as well.
Payments
All deposit and balance payments for order is between you and the supplier in China. We may arrange payment for samples, inspections, photos, and artwork and then charge these to you at the time of shipments.
